ORALVAC® Compact contains up to four allergen extracts from a wide range of pollens, mites, moulds or animal hair.


ORALVAC® Compact is an anti-allergy vaccine and is indicated for the treatment of allergic diseases e.g. hayfever (allergic rhinitis), allergic conjunctivitis or allergic bronchial asthma* due to IgE-mediated allergy. The diagnosis should be based on the careful consideration of the patient's history and allergy tests, preferably skin tests.

* Allergic asthma as an indication for allergen immunotherapy may differ from country to country. Please follow local regulations.

Method of Administration

ORALVAC® Compact is an oral solution to be administered by the sublingual route only.

ORALVAC® Compact is presented in pre-filled bottles with pumps. The packs available are as follows Dosing

There are three different dosage regimes. For normally sensitised patients: Two regimes for up-dosing to a maximum strength solution on day 1. For highly sensitised patients: Prolonged up-dosing to a maximum dose over 10 days. The maximum dose of 3 or 7 pumps (depending on dosage regime) from bottle No. 3 should not be exceeded.
